Per L. Saxegaard


Per L. Saxegaard is the founder and executive chairman of the Business for Peace Foundation. He coined the concept of being businessworthy to help accelerate the mindset and value creation relevant to the challenges and opportunities of our times. The foundation has arranged annual summits on the topic since 2007 and launched the Oslo Business for Peace Award in 2009 to recognize the world’s most businessworthy leaders. Per has been an active businessman, investment banker and investor for nearly 30 years and is founding partner of the Norden Realkapital Group, which operates various advisory and investment service businesses. Per holds a master’s degree in business administration from the Norwegian School of Economics..

Erik Belfrage


Erik Belfrage joined the Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken (SEB) 1987 where he served as an adviser to Peter Wallenberg until 2011. During that period he also, at various times was a member of the board of Investor, Atlas Copco and SAAB. 1997-2011 Mr. Belfrage was also president advisor to the chairman of Investor AB Group, Jacob Wallenberg, and to the chairman of SEB, Marcus Wallenberg. In 1970-1987 he has served in the Swedish Diplomatic Service in Geneva, Washington, Bucharest, Beirut and Paris.

Harald Norvik


Harald Norvik is a former chairman, president, and chief executive of Norwegian oil firm Statoil, a former chairman of telecommunications company Telenor and a director of ConocoPhillips. Between 1979 and 1981 he served as personal secretary to the Prime Minister of Norway, Odvar Nordli, and also as State Secretary in the Ministry of Petroleum and Energy. From 1981 to 1988 he was finance director and a member of the board at Aker. He served as Statoil President and CEO from 1988 to 1999.

Tore Myrholt is a Director and Board member of McKinsey & Company, Inc. He has led the Firm’s EMEA region, the global organization practice and is currently the Chairman of McKinsey’s Director Committee. With more than 30 years of consulting experience in McKinsey, Myrholt has served private and public sector institutions in more than 20 countries. Tore has a degree in International Economics from Norges Handelshøyskole and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
